Why should I pay to store my RV, boat, auto or other items?
Continued exposure to harsh weather, UV rays and other conditions can severely impact the longevity and performance of your investment. We understand how important your investment is and offer covered and enclosed sites to better protect your investment. In addition, having a place to store your investment frees up space at your residence. Our convenient location near the future Highway 395 Bypass allows for easy access to your unit.
What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes and options for enclosure at our facility. Our types of units range from open parking to climate-controlled, fully enclosed units. The intended size of our units will range from 10×10 to 23×53
How secure are the storage units?
We take the security of our facilities very seriously. We will have security cameras installed and all tenants receive their own personal code for the property.
Can I access my RV or boat anytime, or are there specific hours?
You may access your unit 7 days a week, between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm
Is the facility equipped to handle large vehicles and trailers?
Our facilities are specially constructed to store large-sized RVs, vehicles, and trailers.
Are the storage units climate-controlled?
We offer many units that are climate-controlled.
Do you have a dump and wash station?
Our facility features a dump and wash station for our tenants.
Do you have on-site management?
Our facility will feature on-site management, available to our tenants, hours varying. Our professional on-site management team is happy to assist our tenants with any questions or concerns they may have.
What kinds of security measures are in place to protect against theft and damage?
Security is a priority for your valuables. Along with our oversized steel gates, we will have security cameras working 24/7 monitoring our property. The entry and exits are recorded, gates or doors only open with your own unique personal code.
Is the storage facility insured?
It is the responsibility of the lessee to obtain insurance for all property stored at our facility. Our facility shall not be liable for the loss of or damage due to theft, the elements, fire, water, vandalism, animals, acts of God, defects, latent or manifest, the premises or its equipment, or acts of other lessees.
Is there a reservation fee, and is it refundable?
We do require a deposit as a part of securing a unit. This deposit is refundable upon the cancellation of the service, upon all conditions being met.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different storage unit size if needed?
We are able to transfer any credits or unpaid rent to a different storage unit, if a change is made.
